DoubleTap Free-pilot terms

Who provides DoubleTap

DoubleTap is a product of Grapevine Works, a trading style of Grapevine Co., Ltd. These terms are between Grapevine Co., Ltd (“we” or “us”) and the organisation evaluating DoubleTap.

The pilot

DoubleTap provides a limited, free service for evaluating whether short Taps help your organisation measure understanding. The pilot has no promised end date, and its limits or availability may change with reasonable notice.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to add administrators and recipients, tell recipients that answers are named and attributable, and review every Tap before sending it. AI-generated material is a draft and may be wrong.

Limits

The initial allowance is 3 active or invited team members, 10 active recipients, 2 new Sends and 5 AI generations per calendar month. Manual Tap creation is not limited.

Ending access

You may ask to close your workspace at any time. DoubleTap may suspend access to protect security or prevent abuse. Normally, a closed pilot remains recoverable for 30 days before its primary data is deleted; encrypted backups expire through normal rotation.

Service and accuracy

The pilot is supplied for evaluation without a promised service level. Your organisation remains responsible for its source material, correct answers, explanations and use of results.
