DoubleTap privacy information

Information used

DoubleTap stores administrator account details, recipient names and email addresses, organisation content, invitation activity and named first answers so it can provide Taps and results.

Named answers

Recipient answers are attributable to the recipient and visible to authorised users in their organisation. DoubleTap does not currently offer anonymous results.

Service providers

DoubleTap uses UpCloud for hosting, Postmark for transactional email, OpenAI for optional draft generation and Honeybadger for error and uptime monitoring. Sensitive request parameters are filtered from error reports, and AI response storage is disabled by the application.

Retention and closure

Workspace data is retained while the pilot is active. After confirmed closure, primary data is normally deleted following a 30-day recovery period, with encrypted backups expiring through their normal rotation.
